I think most of these ways are valid and can potentially work.
I caution strongly against Forex trading and stock trading and the like. You can lose a vast sum of money in a hurry, and you basically need a substantial amount of money to begin with or it’s not worth your while.
There are few good MLM products, but many are a waste of time and money.

But we do have to offer a free gift to visitors. As I think the days of ‘hard selling’ are gone. I do not think someone should send a visitor directly to a sales page.

I’m in favor of selling an eBook. For one, it is the content that your readers already know and, if they are going to buy, love [to some degree]. Another reason for an eBook is it is easy to make since you (should) be passionate about your niche, so it’s like playing your favorite game, only in word form!
Readers love making a good investment, and that is exactly what an eBook is. It is teaching them how to do something of value, furthermore allowing them to make profit.

Nice informative post, very in depth. This is my first time visit to your blog and I am very impressed.
I like the idea of trading stocks as a good source of passive income, it is not as risky as Forex but also does require a bit of in depth knowledge but you can follow a trend easier than with Forex. A lot of government privatization is going on in Eastern Europe right now and it is quite easy to pick up a few stocks in good government ran institutions just before they are sold to private individuals.
I was never really a big fan of MLM but as John pointed out they are some really good products out there.I recently reviewed a site called The Rip-Tide Army and I was really impressed on the returns it gives.
